Authorities in Thailand have issued an arrest warrant for 33-year-old monk Wirapol Sukphol, who is wanted on charges ranging from money laundering to drug trafficking to statutory rape. He gained national attention when a video surfaced several months ago showing him and other monks in a private jet.
